Return Policy

At Dirt Road Grace, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns=Store Credit Only.  We accept returns within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. To start a return, please contact us at Dirtroadgrace@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Exchanges Need a different size? We're happy to help with exchanges within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.

Final Sale Items: Sale items, stickers, hats, mugs and keychains are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
